The Cottage Restaurant and Tea Garden is idyllically located opposite the world famous Anne Hathaway's Cottage. Set in a country rose garden by a little stream complete with a family of ducks, squirrels and a sense of history makes this is the perfect place to rest a while and enjoy our hospitality We have been providing delicious home cooked food for groups and individuals since 1984. We are a small family run restaurant which prides itself on "Service with a Smile", cleanliness and attention to detail. Open 7 days a week from 1st March to end October 9.30 am to 5.00pm. Our appetising and varied Tea Garden Menu is available all day. We offer morning coffees, hot and cold lunches, Cream Teas, homemade cakes, freshly prepared sandwiches and baguettes, and a tempting "Specials" Board. We are also licensed to sell wines and beers. Soft drinks and Ice creams are also available Group menus feature traditional English fayre – Cotswold Cream Teas, Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding, really homemade Steak and Kidney and Cottage Pies, Cucumber Sandwich Afternoon Teas, Fish and Chips. Ask for a copy of our Group Menu or, alternatively, we can customise a menu to suit your needs. A phone call, fax or email is all we require. We have been looking after small and large groups from the UK and around the world for over 20 years. A wide range of delicious Home cooked set menus are on offer, tailored to suit your requirements and budget. A speedy, efficient, friendly service comes as standard and there is a LARGE, FREE COACH PARK. We can seat up to 55 people in the restaurant and 70 on the patio. Groups are welcome Mon-Sat 10am to 6.00pm, Sundays by arrangement. Come and make merry with us!
